MBA

Masters of Business Administration of 2 years (Flagship Program)

TAPMI’s MBA program mission is to create leadership through value creation. This program makes the students well perform in Business and enhances their functional skills.
The school offers children to take well and good initiatives under many risks and asks them to improve their guidance and supervision.
TAPMI’s MBA gives the chance for the students to interact and collaborate with people and do clear communication arguments and know their feedback to improve the students.

MBA- BKFS

Two-year Management program in Financial and Banking services

TAPMI Manipal MBA- BKFS is a two-year program based on the Financial and Banking of the US from which the students can understand much more clearly.
It provides scholarships to CFA and FRM and the college provides staff training with SBI to give relevant skills to children.
The Institute provides the students to work under experienced faculty and allows them to the student to acquire good experience.
TAPMI’s MBA provides world-class finance and trading labs and provides students to know the real market.

MBA- HRM

The two-year degree program in Human- resource

The program provides guidance and direction to the students and the role of HR is much more significant than ever.
TAPMI’s MBA-HRM aim is to produce thought leaders in Human resources who can manage organizations at a higher level.
The program gives projects to develop the skills of the students and make them socially responsible.
The MBA program is merged with SHRM India and is based on extensive research, academics, and practicing HR at the professional level with high skills.

MBA Marketing

The two-year specialist marketing program

The MBA Marketing program is a specialization in the marketing field in which students learn about market strategies, advertising, and branding.
The program consists of 65% learning in marketing and 35% learning in normal studies of interdisciplinary.
Students choose their main specialization/core in the 2^nd year of their MBA.
TAPMI started the post-graduate management program in marketing in 2019-2020 and TAPMI is at its highest to provide good learning at a proper ratio of hours and give chances to solve the real-time marketing and business problem.

MBA- IB

2-year post-graduate program in International Business

The Institute provides the mastery of international business with enhanced functional skills across foreign countries.
The students gain knowledge of foreign policies, Trade foreign investment, Export management, etc.

The course is divided into 4 semesters and in 1st-year students have finance, human resource, economics, etc type of subjects, and in 2^nd year they have to choose their elective subjects as well.

Candidates have the option of making payment for application through online/credit card/debit card or using an online banking payment facility. Our website will guide you through the application submission process as well as the online payment process.

The application fee is non-refundable.
Our Institute uses CAT/XAT/GMAT scores for shortlisting the candidates for our Post-graduate Programme in Management. IIMs, XLRI, and GMAC have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the program.

Minimum Eligibility

A Graduate Degree from a recognized university with not less than 50% marks (final year students may also apply. The admission will be canceled if they obtain less than 50% in his/her graduation).

TAPMI follows “Profile-based shortlisting”. Profile considered for shortlisting consists of

- Valid CAT/ XAT/ GMAT scores (whichever is higher)
- Academic profile (10^th, 12^th, Graduation, Overall academic performance, etc.)
- Work experience (type of company, total experience in months, etc.)
- Extra-curricular achievements (State/ National/ International) if any
- The Statement of Purpose plays an important role in shortlisting

Shortlist for each program is separate and independent of each other. For applicants who have applied for more than one program, a shortlist in one program does not guarantee a shortlist for the other.

Students will be informed of the shortlist decision through email to their registered email addresses.

Stage II: Admissions Process

Stage II of the TAPMI admissions process consists of, English Proficiency Test (EPT), Moderated Group Discussion (MGD), and Personal Interview (PI).

English Proficiency Test (EPT) assesses the applicant’s English proficiency across listening, writing, and reading skills.
Moderated Group Discussions (MGD): Moderated Group Discussions aim to evaluate the ability of the applicant to interact within a group and enrich the discussion. MGD aims at evaluating applicants’ skills in Problem Solving, Confidence and Assertiveness, Persuasion, Collaboration, and Communication. Topics for MGD will be based on current affairs/ issues debated in the last five years. An important change for the forthcoming process is to restrict the number of candidates to 6 per group and have the discussion moderated by the faculty panel.
Personal Interview (PI): TAPMI’s objective for conducting a personal interview is to understand the applicant’s attitude toward management education. To ensure the same TAPMI will be conducting Behavioral Personal Interviews. TAPMI will evaluate the applicant’s ability in Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Leadership, and Communication.

Scholarships

TAPMI offers scholarships worth INR 2.9 crores altogether for aspiring students. Around 50 students can receive scholarships worth INR 2.4 crores under the Dr. Ramdas Pai Merit Scholarship scheme. For further details refer to Scholarship
