Programs Offered

PGP (full-time course)

The two-year course of the institute has been approved by AICTE and AIU. The program learning goals are responsible citizen conciseness, critical and innovative thinking, etc. and the target is to make business holistic, leader should have the capability to manage uncertainty and complexity.
The program consists of six terms which are 3 months in each term and the program includes a core (compulsory subjects) in the first 4 terms and electives in the last 2 terms.
The specialization requires a minimum of 5 subjects of electives. The course offered specialization in functional areas (finance and accounting, operations management, marketing, strategy, information management, etc.)

The PGP program offers full-time courses in 3 areas PGDM, PGDM- HRM, and PGDM- IB.

PGP (Executive)

The course is of 2 years executive program and it is accredited by AMBA the main aim of the program is to develop leaders who will rapidly change the business environment for the better.
The program’s main focus is on current business realities, gives the skills of communication, and leadership, and the students cover their projects in teamwork or groups.
The program has five terms which it carries 17 core courses and 11 elective courses, each course carrying 3 credits.
The program includes the courses like Business communication, Legal aspects of Business, Marketing Planning, Decision sciences, Management Accounting, and electives like economics, Finance, Information Technology, Marketing, etc.

The Executive PGP program consists of 3 more programs PGDM- Business Management, PGDM- Public Policy and Management, and PGDM- Business Administration. These all are executive programs for two years.

Fellowships program

The program is completed by the candidate within 3-4 years and can be extended up to 7 years maximum depending on the marks of the student.
The objective of the program is to provide the education, skills, inputs, and different areas of management which is skipped by the candidate in their master’s.
There are 3 constitute levels in courses (general, area, elective core courses) and to accomplish this candidate requires to take Research method, case writing, philosophy of research, etc.
These courses are designed to adapt the knowledge in various areas of environment or specialization and electives subjects can be taken by student’s choice.

MDP (Executive program)

The main and major themes of the program which are covered in this program are strategic Management, General Management, Business processing re- Engineering, Team building, Transformational leadership, etc.
The objective of the program is the management of the global market through case studies, role play, theatre techniques, group exercises, and video play.

Eligibility Criteria

MDI has eligibility criteria that anyone applying should find easy to fulfill. The real problem occurs with the entrance cut-off that is asked viz. 95% percentile at least. So, here are the eligibility criteria for the PGDM course –

Applicant Must be having a Bachelor’s degree of three years in any specialization.
A minimum 50% aggregate is a must in Class 10 and 12^th.
A minimum of 50% aggregate is a must in Undergraduate programs.
A candidate who is in their final year can also apply.
Minimum 4-year degree in Must for PGDM IB program.
A minimum 2-year work experience is a must for PGDM IB Program in MDI Gurgaon.
