Executive

PGDM (60 seats)

To enhance students’ knowledge and provide them with skills that make them employable and hence successful in their professional careers. Equip the students with communication and teamwork skills that meet the needs of industry and academia.

Develop leadership competencies in students that have the ability to provide them with a long-lasting competitive spirit and overall satisfaction as individuals. Promote awareness among student graduates of socially relevant issues and introduce them to the topic of professional ethics in the workplace.

Develop self-learning ability in students by inculcating the philosophy of continuous learning, which helps them in developing innovative skills and contribute to the creation of new knowledge for the benefit of society at large.

PGDM E-Business (120 seats)

It is a full-time two-year PGDM program providing industry-relevant insight into digital convergence.

It encourages students to explore how various digital technologies and platforms could be leveraged in an innovative manner to help achieve business results through better engagement with customers, innovative products and services, innovative customer experiences (UX/UI), and innovative business models.

PGDM Business Design and Innovation (30 seats)

The unique feature of this program is repeated experiences of application in design thinking. At the end of the program, the student would have managed five to six business design and innovation-related real-life projects.

The course takes the learner through what is business design. A dedicated discipline that focuses on design thinking as an approach to finding a solution. There are consulting organizations where business designers develop/ innovate customer-centric interfaces, create prototypes or develop market viable products.

PGDM Research and Business Analytics (60 seats)

The unique characteristic of the program is that the students’ learnings are integrated under a capstone project, in which they are expected to work in any industry vertical under the joint supervision of an industry mentor & a faculty supervisor. .

Further, students would be pursuing specializations in any one of the four areas including Marketing, Finance, Operations Management, and HR, which would be giving them the flexibility to choose their career either in a specific business domain or in general as an analytics consultant which would cut across all business functions

Eligibility

A minimum of 50% in graduation, must be completed by June 2022.

Should have taken CAT (2021) conducted by the IIMs for the year specified in the advertisement (IIMS have no role in the Welingkar admission process) and /or/ XAT (2022) / and/or ATMA (Feb 2022) and/or CMAT (2022) and/or GMAT (2019 onwards).
