M.D.I Gurgaon Cut off

M.D.I Gurgaon accepts only CAT scores. Accordingly, the admission process is based on CAT 2019 cut-offs. Cut-offs in M.D.I admission over the past many years has remained in a range of 93 to 95. Those who have scored the CAT percentile in this range can expect to be called for the final admission round at M.D.I Gurgaon

M.D.I Gurgaon Shortlist 2020

D.I’s shortlist for admission 2020 will be announced by the end of January 2020.
The shortlisted candidates have to log in at M.D.I website and enter their order of preference for PGPM/PGP-IM/PGP-HRM.
Preferences once filled will not be changed at any stage later on.
D.I will have an intake of 360 students in total for the three of its PGPM (240), PGP-HR (60), and PGP-IM (60) programmes.
D.I shortlist is expected to comprise 1000+ candidates who would be called for GD/PI rounds in different cities in India.

Infrastructure

MDI Gurgaon is located in one of the most bustling metropolises, Gurugram, a leading corporate hub of India. Its 35 acres of lush green campus provides the Institute’s community with a unique experience of a creative environment amidst industry action. State-of-the-art classrooms, IT infrastructure, hostels, libraries, and other facilities set amidst sylvan surroundings create a conducive environment for studies. The campus is located 12 km from the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi.

Hostels

Students of PGDM, PGDM-HRM, and PGDM-IB in MDI Gurgaon stay on campus and are provided with accommodation on a twin-sharing basis in Chaitanya, Change Masters and Takshashila, and twin-sharing/four-sharing bases in Kshitij. There are separate hostel blocks for the girl students called Oddessy (twin-sharing) and Kaveri (twin/triple sharing). Students are required to bring their own PC with a LAN card. The rooms are provided with a bed, a study table, a chair, a cupboard, and the usual fixtures. The students may bring their own mattresses, bed linen, toiletries, and locks for almirahs and hostel rooms. These are also available in the student-run cooperative store “MART”. Takshashila is also an executive hostel for the participants of executive graduate programmes (PGDM-BM) with reception halls, air-conditioned dining halls and air-conditioned semi-furnished rooms.

Library

The Library has a collection of over 55,000 books and around 2.3 lakh e-books. The online library provides access to 17,000 international journals. The electronic library, which is accessible across the campus network includes major international online databases such as ABI/INFORM (ProQuest), Business Source Complete (EBSCO), Elsevier Journals collection, Emerald, Sage Online Journals collection, Wiley online Journals Collection, ACE Analyser, Bloomberg Terminal, CMIE databases, Euromonitor’s Passport, Factiva, APA databases, Indiastat, Statista, etc. The Library is open seven days a week.

Computer Centre

MDI Gurgaon has state-of-the-art IT infrastructure to support teaching, learning, and academic administration. The campus has following facilities:

Campus Network

The campus network is built on 144 core fiber optic cable backbone of 10 Gbps capacity connecting all the buildings through 12-core fibre. For intra-building connectivity, a copper Ethernet network is in place. The Computer Data Centre is the main hub of the network housing all critical devices. The core network switch and AAA appliances are available in HA mode. The entire campus is Wi-Fi equipped with Aruba Access points and controllers providing seamless Wi-Fi connectivity across the campus. The network supports 2500 concurrent users.

Internet Connectivity

MDI campus has dedicated, secure, and high-speed internet connectivity with 1 GBPS (1:1) capacity. This is supported by another backup internet leased line of 1 GBPS (1:1).
