PGDM Direct Admission for IMT. Established in 1980, the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad (IMTG) is India’s premier AACSB-accredited management school with a distinct focus on grooming leadership through Innovation, Execution, and Social Responsibility. Courses Offered I.M.T

PGDM

The Post Graduate Diploma Programme in Management is a full-time 2-year AICTE-approved programme designed to equip budding managers in various functional areas of management. Students of the PGDM Programme earn their credits through compulsory courses, specialization courses, and internship projects. The rigorous nature of the programme equips the candidates with the necessary hard and soft skills to eventually excel in the leadership role. The programme offers various streams of specializations from the various functional areas and the students can opt for their chosen specialization domain.

PGDM DCP

The PGDM – Dual Country Program (DCP) by the IMT group of institutions is a multi-country program offered by the IMT Group of institutions. Over the last decade, DCP has emerged as a front-runner among similar programs offered in India. GDM – DCP is intended to address the limitations of conventional programs, by infusing international elements into the core of the Program. As the name itself signifies, the aspirants of the program spend a year each in two countries, namely India and UAE, with 3 terms each spent at the IMT Campuses in Ghaziabad and Dubai.

The focus of the program is to mold the students for international careers, done through a steady mix of customized course content, course delivery by international faculty, short-term and long-term projects, and prolonged and sustained exposure to a multicultural business environment in Dubai. The customized program design provides the DCP students with a holistic international perspective and the specialized skill sets necessary to excel in a global career.

PGDM BFS

The PGDM (BFS) programme provides students with contemporary skills and knowledge that are relevant for managing the core operations of firms operating in the banking and financial services sector. The goal of the programme is to groom budding managers who are immediately employable in core banking and financial services functions and who can be groomed as future leaders in the banking and financial services industry.

The programme architecture, placed as Annexures, is jointly developed by IMTG and VBS. VBS faculty will deliver about 40% of the courses.

In addition to summer internships, students are required to complete a boot camp in Brussels and London. This boot camp is expected to give them international exposure and an opportunity to understand the working of best-run European banks and financial institutions.

PGDM-Exp

The PGDM-Exp is a full-time AICTE-approved and AACSB-accredited 18-month program designed specifically for high-performing professionals with work experience. Characterized by the DNA of an accelerated MBA, the program aims at grooming experienced Executives for Leadership and General Management oriented roles in the functional domain. The program progresses through six distinct modules, namely, foundation, functional, internationalization, customization, integration, and dissertation to ensure a complete learning experience.

PGDM-We

The Post-Graduate Diploma in Management for Working Professionals (PGDM WE), one of the oldest on-campus weekend mode programs in the region, was started by the Institute in 1981. An All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved, it is best suited for busy working professionals who are looking for a jump in their career but wish to complete their MBA without leaving their job. In addition to working with executives, this program is also useful for entrepreneurs and professionals. The program is aimed at providing opportunities for working professionals to take up formal management education while pursuing their jobs in order to gain knowledge and build on management skills, and, develop them into more effective managers in the industry. It intends to create managerial competencies in working professionals.

Fellow Program in Management (FPM)

The Fellow Program in Management (FPM) at IMT Ghaziabad is a full-time doctoral program designed for students, working executives, and academicians with a strong academic orientation, to undertake rigorous and original research. The program aims to develop outstanding research scholars for careers in academia, research, and consulting for the industry, government, and social sectors. FPM at IMT Ghaziabad is a four-year program during which scholars will undergo rigorous coursework comprising management courses, area-specific courses, and advanced courses. FPM program at IMT Ghaziabad is designed to give scholars meaningful exposure to contemporary issues.
