Eligibility Criteria for MBA admission 2023

K J Somaiya Mumbai eligibility criteria require that the candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
Applicants should apply and appear in at least one of the acceptable MBA entrance exams – CAT 2022/XAT 2023/CMAT 2023/NMAT 2022 (Only 1^st attempt will be considered/ GMAT (Taken between 1st Jan 2020 to 18th Jan 2023)
If the candidate is awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the equivalence to determine MBA admission eligibility would be based on the equivalence certified by the institution/university from where the bachelor’s degree is obtained. In case the institution/university does not have any scheme for converting the CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by K J Somaiya by dividing the obtained CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the resultant by 100 to confirm the Admission eligibility of the candidate.
A candidate appearing for the final year bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results is also eligible to apply for K J Somaiya Admission 2023.
It is mandatory for a final year student, who is provisionally considered eligible by K J Somaiya, Mumbai, and admitted, to submit the mark sheet and degree certificate of the final year bachelor’s degree examination latest by August 31, 2023.

K J Somaiya has introduced a single common online application form for all MBA programmes. The application fee is Rs.3000/- + transaction charges. You can apply for one or more than one MBA programmes. The step-by-step process to apply online for K J Somaiya admission 2023 is as below:

Step 1: Register: Before beginning to register, read the instructions to fill up the form. At the K J Somaiya admission application window ‘Register’, you should log in as a new user by inserting your Name, Email ID, and other required details.
Step 2: Personal Information: Login as an existing user and fill in all your personal details, address, valid ID proof, preferred PI centers, and your sports interest along with other particulars. Complete the details and move to the next page
Step 3: Upload Photograph: This page is exclusively created to upload your photograph of a maximum of 40 KB size.
Step 4: Enter Academic Details: Next page on K J Somaiya’s application form requires you to fill up all your academic details from class 10 onwards.
Step 5: Achievements: If you are an achiever in any field, you should click on ‘Yes’ and enter the details of your achievements on this page
Step 6: Programme & Exam score Information: This page requires you to fill in the programmes you are applying for, registration Ids of the CAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT exam you plan to appear in, and after the declaration of the result, to fill up the score column.
Step 7: Make Payment of Application Fee: K J Somaiya asks you to make payment of the application fee after you have completed your application form. This is the final step to fill the application form. You can make payment of application fees of Rs.3000+ Transaction charges through a Credit/Debit card
