PES Institute of Technology Bangalore (PESIT) came into existence in the year 1972 and is located in the Silicon Valley of India that is Bangalore. PES mainly focuses on the main 4 educational streams which are Engineering, Medicine, Life Sciences & Management. PES Institute of Technology Bangalore comes under the engineering stream.

This institute was founded in the year 1988 by the People’s Education Society in Bangalore Silicon Valley of India. It was earlier attached to VTU (Visvesvaraya Technological University) and now it comes under its own University. B.Tech Admissions Procedure

PESU grants admission to 40% of its seats in undergraduate courses based on candidates’ performance in Karnataka CET and 60% of seats based on PESSAT (the university’s own entrance test) ranks. This year (2022) they are also considering JEE Main for B.Tech Admission into PES University for those who couldn’t appear in KCET and PESSAT.

There is a lateral entry scheme in place, by which students holding diploma degrees can directly enter the second year in the engineering course.

Challan
