BMS Institute of Technology and Management – Eligibility Criteria

BMSITM offers 11 courses across 3 streams. The BMSITM eligibility criteria may vary according to the type of courses. Eligible candidates can fill out the application forms for their preferred courses at BMSITM. Students applying for undergraduate programs need to clear the COMDEK or KCET exam. Graduate students who want to apply for admission to PG courses in BMSITM need to clear the PGCET or GATE exam.

Course	Eligibility
B.E	The candidate must have a minimum of 45% marks in the 12th or equivalent examination and must have cleared KCET/COMEDK exam He/ She should also have a score of 60% in Physics and Mathematics.
M.Tech	Graduate engineers with a minimum of 50 % mark together in all subjects. He/ She should have cleared the GATE/PGCET exam with a valid score to join M.Tech
MCA	The aspirant must have a UG degree with a minimum of 50% marks and must have studied any one of the subjects like Mathematics/ Statistics/Computer Science/Computer Application or Programming/Business Mathematics He/ She must have a valid score in either Karnataka PGCET/KMAT Exam

Eligibility Criteria for B.E Courses

The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for a B.E in BMS Institute of Technology and Management are:

Should have cleared 12th standard or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks in both Mathematics and Physics separately
Students must have appeared for KCET/COMEDK/JEE or any other national-level entrance exams for joining the professional courses
Admission allocation is as follows: 45% of students through the Karnataka common entrance test, 25% Management quota, and 30% through COMEDK.
