For Diploma Holders
Diploma Holders in engineering with a minimum of 50% marks in the final examination, conducted by the Board of Technical Examination, Government of Karnataka or its equivalent, are eligible for admission to the corresponding branch of second-year engineering. Candidates must take the Common Entrance Test (DCET) for Diploma students conducted by the CET Cell, Govt. of Karnataka. Admission to undergraduate programs in engineering shall be open to NRI / Foreign candidates who have passed the 12th standard or equivalent examination recognized by AIU with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Electronics / Biology / Biotechnology / Computer Science as optional subjects and English as one of the languages of study. Students must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in PCM.

CMR Memorial Scholarships- these scholarships are offered to students who need financial assistance, and these are determined by the scholarships committee of the CMR group. These are merit cum mean scholarships usually given by the CMR Jnanadhara Trust.
CMR Merit Scholarships- Students of UG and PG courses with outstanding academic track records will be awarded CMR Merit scholarships.
CMR Leadership Scholarships- This scholarship is offered to exceptional students in behavior and leadership qualities.
CMR Sports Scholarships- This Scholarship is offered to students who participated in sports at the college, national, or international levels.
