About College

DSCE Bangalore Management Quota Admission. DSCE has established itself as the pioneer in the field of engineering education and has successfully established three campuses under the Dayananda Sagar Group of Institutions in Bangalore City. At Dayananda Sagar Group of Institutions [DSI], there are three campuses available for B.E/B.Tech Admission in Bangalore.

The institutions are characterized by the quality of education across a broad range of disciplines from pre-university courses to post-graduation and doctoral programs covering Engineering, Dental Sciences, Biological Sciences Arts, Commerce, Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, and Allied Health, as well as Business Management and Information Technology.

Initially, it offered basic courses in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics Engineering, the college also offers undergraduate, Post-graduates, and doctoral programs. It has 20 Research Centers.

It is important to note that direct admission to DSCE without a valid entrance examination score is not possible. Admission to DSCE is based on merit and eligibility criteria, and candidates are required to go through the admission process as per the guidelines provided by the college and the respective admission authorities.

The college recruits only highly talented, qualified, and dedicated faculty to its College. The finest Library is allocated on the campus with the latest technology. It serves as the resource hub with the collection of books and journals. Hostels are available for both girls and boys separately within the campus. The food court is very big which affords Indian, and Chinese food. Classrooms are spacious and ventilated. The campus provides Wi-Fi facilities to the students. ComedK: Held every year in the month of May for B.E/B.Tech admission at Bangalore engineering colleges.

K-CET: Also known as Karnataka CET for admission in engineering colleges of Karnataka for students belonging to Karnataka State.

DSAT: Dayananda Sagar Admission Test for admission to Dayananda Sagar University for B.Tech and other courses.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering

Candidate should have passed the second-year PUC final examination in optional subjects. The age of the students should be 17 years at the time of admission. A minimum of 45% marks should be scored. SC/ST students should have obtained at least 40% of their marks. The students should have passed in the entrance exam conducted by the Government of Karnataka. Candidates are also given admission on the basis of Management Quota.

Eligibility

Firstly, candidates who have a valid score in national-level entrance examinations such as JEE Main or COMEDK UGET can apply for admission to DSCE through the counseling process.

Secondly, candidates who have completed a diploma in engineering or a relevant undergraduate program with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka) can apply for a lateral entry admission to the second year of the B.E. program at DSCE.
