Eligibility for B. Tech Admission

For the first-year B. Tech admission to Engineering, the eligibility is as follows:

The candidate should be an Indian National or from any region of India.

He/she should have passed their HSC examination with compulsory subject as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. He / She should have at least 50% marks (45% for Backward Classes or Persons with disability).

Or the person he / SHE should have passed the diploma and have obtained at least 50% of the marks.

Admission Process

Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate:

a. The Candidate should be an Indian National;

b. Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;PCCOE Pune Management Quota Engineering Admission

Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);

Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);

c. Obtained score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.

All India Candidature Candidates, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates :

a. The Candidate should be an Indian National;

b. Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;

a. The Candidate should be an Indian National;
b. Passed Diploma Course in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in appropriate branch of Engineering and Technology from an All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent;

Passed B.Sc.
