At SPJIMR, we expose our participants to a unique portfolio of immersive experiences that accelerate their leadership development. The portfolio is carefully curated, with each experience focusing on a different operating context and objective. Collectively, these immersive experiences expose participants to reflect, understand, and act in unfamiliar situations. Such constructive dissonance forges confident and wise leaders who can drive innovations that benefit both business and society.

SPJIMR was the first management school in India to introduce such ‘non-classroom learning’ experiences in its pedagogy more than twenty years ago, and constant innovation has kept us at the forefront. Our immersive experiences also carry significant academic credit, underscoring their importance in helping our participants grow as individuals and leaders.

SP JAIN Management Quota for Direct Admission. We develop socially sensitive leaders through our programs, curriculum, and immersive experiences, such as social internships, mentoring, etc.
Our 4 Centres of Practice act as knowledge translation and student engagement hubs for selected communities. The Centre’s research affiliates (SPJIMR faculty and external faculty and thought leaders), SPJIMR staff, and participants interact with and contribute to these communities. The Centres also run specialized short and long-term programs along with events and networking forums and offer other services as required to their target communities.

Global Management Programme (GMP)

The GMP collaborates with some of the top business schools in the world. The Post Graduate Certificate in International Management program began in 2009 with financing from the European Commission (PGCIM). GMP collaborates with listed B-schools by FT. With three European and four American partners, it has a special double-edged advantage in terms of educational prospects, alumni status, and employment possibilities. The course is full-time. The International Partner School will accept GMP credits toward the fulfillment of the MBA or MS degree. Your entry point to an overseas MBA or MS degree is the program.

Eligibility: required 60% on the final exam to graduate

Selection Merit in the GMAT (550 Score), GRE, CAT, XAT (80%), and Interview.
