PGDM Admission Process

PGDM Admissions take place on the basis of entrance exams conducted by national bodies, institutes, or a group of institutes. After qualifying for these exams, candidates are called for further rounds like written tests, group discussions, and personal interviews. Final admission is provided to students based on their performance in these rounds.

Candidates seeking admission should have a Bachelor’s degree in any course with a minimum of 50%, from any recognized college or institute. But in the case of elite institutions like IIM, a minimum of 60% or 6.5 CGPA on the scale of 10, should have been scored at the graduation level.

There is no age limit as such, to pursue this course.

CAT

Common Admission Test (CAT) is an entrance exam to gain admission into 2-year PGDM courses programs in India. CAT is scheduled in November 2022 and the registration process will begin in July. The eligibility for taking the CAT exam is 50% marks in graduation, for reserved categories the qualifying marks are relaxed up to 5%. All colleges in India accept CAT marks for PGDM Admissions.

MAT

AIMA has extended the MAT 2022 IBT registration date till March 16, 2022. MAT 2022 registration for CBT mode has also been extended till March 20, and the paper will be conducted on March 24, 2022.
