Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering selection process 2023. In today’s vibrant job market, organizations look for core technical skills, excellent functional skills, learning and managerial skills, and exceptional outlook in young talents. Our training programs include pre-placement and placement training modules which help students to know where they stand and where they need improvement.

Our training modules for all the students of undergraduate and post-graduate courses align to the business needs and employer expectations, we have designed our training modules that teach basic life skills, Communication skills, problem-solving skills, leadership & decision-making skills, and also pre-placement training such as resume writing, group discussion, and mock interviews.

Facilities:

The College is very well equipped to facilitate pre-placement training sessions and the placement process in each and every step. Exclusive training rooms with LCD projectors with audio-video facilities, dedicated computer labs with Wi-Fi connectivity, GD and interview rooms that can accommodate more than 150 students, an in house auditorium that can accommodate more than 200 candidates and industry-oriented labs for engineering students.

Founded by Late Sri Dayananda Sagar in the early sixties (with just four students), DSI has morphed into a global education powerhouse, spread over five campuses, catering to the education needs of over 17,000 students. DIFFERENT COURSES FOR DIFFERENT PASSIONS

Beginning Academic Year 2015–16, Dayananda Sagar College would offer courses in Engineering, Computer Applications, Sciences, Arts, and Management in the Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. levels. Supporting the academic activities are the Centres of Excellence in ICT, Health Care, Energy, and Life Science, among other fast-evolving fields of study.

About Library

The library came into existence with the establishment of DSI and further expanded with the genesis of the Dayananda Sagar Institutions in the year 1969, Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering in 1979, and Dayananda Sagar College in 2014. Late Sri R. Dayananda Sagar, founder of the Dayananda Sagar group, took a special interest in establishing a world-class Library. The library is built and equipped steadily and systematically. The Library has a seating capacity of 560 students at a time.

Books are the chief instrument of education and Library is the center of intellectual life. Dayananda Sagar College takes pride in building a good and comprehensive Library with the most modern facilities catering to the academic needs of the students and teaching community.

The Library has a huge collection of books, CDs, and DVDs apart from the latest periodicals with access to online resources through the Digital Library. The achievements are reflected through the acknowledgments and positive remarks by the visiting faculties and dignitaries. The intellectual standards are truly reflected in its high-standard Library. Library is accessible to all Undergraduates, Postgraduates, Research Scholars & faculty members. The library consists of skilled, professional and compassionate library staff members who are always pleased to help the users.

EXAMINATION SECTION

The Examination Section has long realized the need for a credible, valid, effective, and transparent evaluation system. In this pursuit, we have taken giant leaps in technology to ensure seamless processes for Question Paper setting, the conduct of the examination, valuation & tabulation of results.
