Civil Engineering: In the year 1971, the Civil Engineering Department was established. The vision is to enable the students to emerge as good professionals in the education of civil engineering. The department was founded as a Research Centre in the year 1994 which was a milestone achieved for the college. More than 250 papers have been released in reputed journals and conferences. Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering: Around the year 1962 the Department for Mechanical Engineering was first founded. At first, the department started with an intake of 60 students. The department has grown rapidly over the last 52 years and today it is capable of accommodating an intake of 180 students with a strength of 47 teaching staff. The Mechanical engineering department offers a bachelor’s program for the duration of 4 years along with a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Science & Engineering and in Computer Integrated Manufacturing.

The intake for the master’s program is 18 as of till date. The faculties of the Mechanical department have published numerous international and national journals, patents, and books in their name. Electrical & Electronics Engineering: The branch of Electrical & Electronics Engineering was first set up in the year 1962 along with the opening of the college. It started off by offering a bachelor’s program in this department with a duration of four years.
