Bachelor of Engineering or B.Tech is an undergraduate course for a duration of 4 years. The eligibility criteria for Admission to the B.Tech course:

RVITM BTech Direct Admission. Candidates must have scored a minimum of 70% in Science and Maths in the 10th Standard.
He/She must obtain 65% in Physics and Maths in the 11th Standard.
If the results are declared in the 12th standard, then the students must score 60% in Physics and Maths separately.
Aspirants must appear for any of the examinations, KEA/COMED- K/IIT JEE MAINS.
Applicants who have studied at other universities must obtain an equivalence certificate from AIU, New Delhi.
