2006	Launched a two-year full-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management recognized by AICTE. IMI Celebrates Silver Jubilee Dr. Muhammed Yunus, Founder of Grameen Bank and Nobel Laureate visited IMI Campus.
2007	Earned accreditation from the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for the two-year PGDM full-time and the three-year part-time PGDM programs. Converted Post Graduate Program in International Management (PGPIM) as 15 month Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management AICTE recognizes PGDM as equivalent to MBA.
2008	IMI received approval from AICTE to launch the Fellow Program in Management Recognized as an approved Research Center of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi for the award of the University’s Ph.D. degree in Management.
2009	IMI received SAQS (South Asia Quality Systems) accreditation making it among the seven business schools in the South Asian region to receive this rigorous international accreditation of quality assurance standards.
2010	Launched a new Campus in Kolkata offering the Two years full-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Management.
2011	Launched a new Campus in Bhubaneswar offering the Two-year full-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Management.
2012	IMI Delhi received the prestigious accreditation of the Association of MBAs (AMBA) for a period of 5 years. It is the fifth management institute in the country to receive this accreditation and joins the league of prestigious International Business schools.

PGDM

Direct Admission for MBA in IMI.The main curriculum at IMI New Delhi is the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), which lasts two years. The curriculum gives students the intellectual strength they need to run enterprises holistically. The curriculum creates adaptable managers who can handle duties in many business sectors. The focus is on creating a holistic manager who has the vision to meet future difficulties in a socially responsible way. The curriculum is accredited by the NBA and is equivalent to the MBA programme provided by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

PGDM (HRM)

PGDM (Executive)

IMI has provided an innovative 15-month full-time general management degree programme since 1984. This program was formerly known as the Post Graduate Program in International Management. The curriculum is specifically created for professionals and middle-level managers who want to transition quickly into leadership positions. It is also a specially designed curriculum for developing working executives who have been recognized by their individual organizations as “high performers.”

Its main courses span a variety of management disciplines and are offered as part of a general management curriculum. These programs offer the fundamentals and a variety of viewpoints on management theory and practice. A field project on a subject or topic of their choice is a requirement for students. The institute also gives students training in topics like AI&ML, Design Thinking, Storytelling, and Digital Marketing in order to get them ready for Industry 4.0.
