NMIMS NPAT 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who are aspiring for BBA admission through NPAT 2023 must fulfill the eligibility criteria for the NPAT exam. Candidates failing to meet the eligibility conditions can face rejection from the examination process. The points below mention the eligibility criteria for NMIMS NPAT 2023 prescribed by the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).

Candidates applying for the NPAT must have qualified Class XII or equivalent examination
Candidates can submit an IB diploma only if it is awarded by a recognized board. IB certificate holders will not be eligible for the test.
Candidates passing the class XII or equivalent examination from open or distance learning are also eligible to apply. But the school should be recognized by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).
Candidates who have not been able to clear class XII either from CBSE or ICSE board or IB diploma in their first attempt are not eligible for the NPAT.
Candidates must have obtained an aggregate of (50%) marks in class XII or equivalent examination
Candidates holding IB Diploma will only be eligible if he/she has Mathematics/ Statistics at the standard level.
Candidates exceeding the age of 25 years will not be eligible to apply for the exam.

NMIMS NPAT 2023 Registration & Application Process

Before proceeding with NPAT 2023 registration and filling in the NMIMS NPAT 2023 Application form, check the important instructions and guidelines below:

Candidates must register Online for the NMIMS NPAT exam. The option is given for two retakes of the NPAT exam by paying retake fees and a number of schools opted for it.
The registration fees are based on the number of Schools selected for each test category and the total retakes
Only paid candidates will be allowed to schedule the exam
Candidates can select multiple test categories/multiple schools and multiple program preferences.
The option of date once chosen cannot be altered later/after the successful completion of registration and payment.
Candidates can choose 1 main and 2 retakes for each of the examination categories. In all, a candidate will be given chance to appear total 3 times of in whichever exam he wishes to appear in.
Candidates who have taken NMIMS NPAT 2023 test more than once, highest scores will be considered for the merit list as per the choice of school & preferences given

NMIMS Mumbai UG Application Process 2023

1st: Registration

Go to the NMIMS Mumbai official website.
Click on the ‘Admission’ button at the top of the homepage.
Select the name of the institute and the program of your choice from the drop-down menu and click on ‘Search’.
You will be redirected to the entrance exam registration page to register for the required entrance exam of your chosen course.
Register for the entrance examination by entering all the required information.
Depending on how many tries a student has made to pass the exam, the registration fee for various schools and entrance tests will vary. Both the refund and transfer of the fee are prohibited.

2nd: Entrance Exam

Participants in the NMIMS Mumbai entrance exam must pay the registration fee.
Candidates may select the exam center date they wish to take the exam after successfully registering for the course.
Dates and seats at the exam center will be available based on availability and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
As soon as the candidates receive notification from the institute about the exam, they must schedule it. The merit list will be based on the highest scores obtained on the retakes. Note that the entrance exam, school, or program cannot be changed or added once the NMIMS Mumbai application fee has been paid.
After the student selects the exam date and time from the student dashboard, an admit card is generated and made available for download. The institute will release the results a few days after the entrance exams are done.

3rd: Selection Process

Candidates must update their class 12 or equivalent marks on the NMIMS Mumbai website in accordance with the eligibility requirements because they will be considered when preparing the merit list.
The NMIMS Mumbai merit list will be created using the results of the NMIMS-NPAT, NMIMS-CET, and NMIMS-LAT exams as well as the applicant’s information.
Candidates for engineering will be contacted for counseling based on their marks and the information they have provided.

Candidates with a valid SAT/ ACT score can apply for the BBA/ B. Com (Hons.) / B.Sc in Finance, B.Tech, MBA Tech, B.Sc in Economics, BA (Hons) in Liberal arts, B.Sc (Applied Mathematical Computing), Bachelors in Business Management and Marketing and BBA in International Business (in collaboration with Kingston University).
