For Diploma Holders

Admission in CMRIT via Direct Admission. Diploma Holders in engineering with a minimum of 50% marks in the final examination, conducted by the Board of Technical Examination, Government of Karnataka or its equivalent, are eligible for admission to the corresponding branch of second-year engineering. Candidates must take the Common Entrance Test (DCET) for Diploma students conducted by the CET Cell, Govt. of Karnataka. Seats will be allotted during the centralized counseling process conducted by the CET Cell.

CMR Institute of Technology BTech Admission

Admission in CMRIT via Direct Admission. CMRIT offers a BTech course with eight specializations for four years, and six disciplines under the BE course, and the Institute also provides a BE Lateral program with various fields.
The Candidates applying for the BE program at CMRIT must have cleared the senior secondary examination with 50% marks.
Applicants seeking admission to the BE Lateral program must hold a diploma in engineering with 50% marks in the final exams.
The Selection criteria for BE at CMRIT, students must have cleared the JEE, KCET, and COMEDK entrance exams.
Applicants must reach the Cut-Off scores to apply for the BE program at CMRIT to get admission to the desired programs.
Applicants who belong to Karnataka state must appear in the KCET entrance exam to get admission to the BE program at CMRIT.
