Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on past academic performance, admission test scores (CAT/XAT/NMAT/GMAT), and relevant work experience.
Candidates will be intimated regarding their shortlisting through email / SMS to their registered phone number with every detail.
Candidates will have to attend a Design Thinking Workshop which will be a half-day program where they will solve real-life problems.
This will give an idea of the innovative and creative approach of the students towards problem-solving, teaching, and learning skills.
Personal Interview will be conducted by a panel of Industry experts and SOIL faculty
Candidates will be finally selected based on past academic scores, extra co-curricular achievements, relevant work experience, test scores, performance in the workshop, and Personal Interview.
Selected Candidates will be intimated regarding their selection over email with information regarding their admission and payment of admission fees.

Create an account by filling in the details. You will receive a unique account ID and password. Using it, re-login into your account and complete the registration process.
Enter all the details; academic, personal, work experience related.
Enter the CAT/XAT/GMAT/NMAT registration details and upload the scorecard (if applicable).
Upload scanned photographs.
Pay the application fee online. The application fee for the PGDM program is INR 2000.
Submit the application form.
