SCMHRD Admission Process

Step 1: SCMHRD Application Process

The admission process of SCMHRD starts with an online application for SNAP, which needs to be completed by November 24.
A minimum of 50% marks in graduation (45% for SC/ST) are considered eligible to apply.

Step 2: Selection Rounds

Based on the SNAP scores, the shortlisted candidates will have to proceed with the Selection Rounds: Written Ability Test, Group Exercise, and Personal Interaction. SCMHRD will publish the list of candidates invited for all these selection rounds.
The applicant will have to book their slot to appear for the WAT, GE, and PI.

Step 3: Merit List Declaration & Final Admission

SCMHRD will declare a final merit list with 50% weightage to the SNAP score, 30% to the PI, 10% to the GD, and 10% to the WAT.
Inclusion in the final merit list will require those listed therein to complete the admission procedure by depositing the stipulated fee for confirmation of their seat in the MBA Program.

MBA Admission Eligibility

For MBA (General):

Candidates should have completed their Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).

For MBA (IDM):

Candidates should hold a BE/B.Tech/B. Plan a degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).
Candidates with prior work experience are preferred.
For MBA (BA):

Important instructions

Candidates should appear for Personal Interaction along with the formality of verification of documents(XII Mark List, Graduation Semester Wise Mark List, Degree Certificate, Work Experience documents).
The results of the candidates will be declared within seven working days.
Subsequently, an offer letter will be sent to the selected candidate for completion of further formalities.

SNAP Exam Pattern

The duration of the SNAP Exam has been reduced from 120 minutes to 60 minutes.
It will be a computer-based test.
The exam will consist of 5 Special Questions in the Quantitative, Data Interpretation, and Data Sufficiency sections.
The specific syllabus for the SNAP Exam is not released by SIU and is based on previous years’ patterns.
