IMI Kolkata Direct Admission. Established in 1981 with a campus in New Delhi, International Management Institute (IMI) was India’s first corporate-sponsored Business School. Ethos

The IMI Kolkata campus is centrally located in the city and equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructural, academic, and residential facilities. The institute offers not only a scholarly and professional ambiance but also a fulfilling campus life, necessary for the all-round development of the student. The campus buildings are separated into an academic block and a residential block. The academic block is centrally air-conditioned with spacious lecture theatres, equipped with the latest audio-visual teaching aids and wireless laptops for students to access the IMI-Kolkata intranet. The residential block houses single-occupancy hostel rooms for students along with cafeterias serving delicious homely food. The residential block also houses areas for recreational and co-curricular activities.

IMI Kolkata Admission Eligibility Criteria 2023

IMI Kolkata eligibility criteria is common for admission to PGDM/PGDM (HRM)/PGDM (B&FS) programs.
IMI Kolkata Admission eligibility criteria require that applicant must hold a minimum 3 years bachelor’s degrees recognized by AIU (Association of Indian Universities), with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
A candidate appearing for the final year of the bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
Apart from a recognized graduate degree, another key point in IMI Kolkata eligibility criteria is that the candidate should appear in CAT 2022/XAT 2023/GMAT not more than three years ago, and must score the required cut off
Candidates with Foreign Nationality are also eligible, based on their GMAT scores, provided they have taken the GMAT test not more than three years ago (not earlier than January 2020 and not later than January 2023).

At IMI-Kolkata, you will be introduced to a diverse group of students for truly international education. Students come from varied educational and work backgrounds. IMI-Kolkata encourages students to take student-driven academic/professional initiatives to complement their classroom learning with practical applications in the real world. These activities range from organizing special events focused on current affairs to carefully planned symposia and lectures that enrich the participants’ professional, academic and extracurricular interests. To achieve this, students are expected to join student-led academic/professional clubs in different functional areas. The speakers for all club-initiated events are eminent business personalities. The events are planned and executed by the students, in close coordination with area faculty members.
