What is a PGDM course?

PGDM stands for Post Graduate Diploma in Management – a two-year business management program that caters to industry requirements and helps management aspirants develop relevant hard skills and soft skills to transform into industry-ready management professionals. Eligibility for Great Lakes 2 years PGDM Program.

Students have to appear for CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT exams.
EXAMS score accepted by Great Lakes is, CAT taken in 2023/2024 GMAT taken after 1st January 2022, XAT taken in 2022/2023, or CMAT taken in 2022/2023. For 2023-25 Batches.
Students has a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60 % Marks in Class X, XII and Graduation can able to apply for the program.
Freshers and applicants who have less than 24 months of experience till the 30^th of June can only be eligible to apply for this program.
University/College Rank Holders and Scholars can get an extra advantage.

Application Cycles

Great Lakes PGPM has two cycles for admissions. The following are the applications considered in each of the cycles

Cycle 1: Application Deadline – 30th Nov 2022

Candidates with existing Test Scores – GMAT scores from 1st Jan 2022, CAT 2022, XAT 2022, and CMAT 2022 – can apply and be evaluated in Cycle 1. Their results will be available by the first week of Jan 2022

Candidates not having eligible test scores but expecting results post-Nov 30, 2022 but before January 31^st, 2022 can also apply in Cycle 1 and submit their forms pending the availability of their scores. These candidates will have to update their scores within 5 days of receiving their scores and will be considered for final offers post the score submission.

Cycle 2: Application Deadline – 31st Jan 2022

All candidates who have not applied in Cycle 1 but have taken eligible exams can apply in Cycle 2. The Cycle 2 deadline is 31st January and the interviews will be conducted in Feb 2022 with the first list of results declared by end of the month.

Candidates who have already planned to pursue their MBA for the next academic year are encouraged to apply early as applying in Cycle 1 would allow candidates with scores and those shortlisted for the Profile Based Early Interview Process to get their results earlier than Cycle 2 and allow more time to prepare to join the program including taking care of financial, professional and personal commitments.
