Symbiosis Institute of Digital and Telecom Management (Formerly SITM), a constituent of Symbiosis International University (SIU) is a business school based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, established in the year 1996. It is the pioneer in the field of Telecom Management in the entire SAARC region, and endeavours to develop World-Class Telecom Business Leaders who can address the needs of a constantly changing business scenario in a technical field, such as telecom, with ease. The institute was established in 1996 following National Telecom Policy and liberalization in this sector.

Eligibility:
Direct MBA Admission in SIDTM
- Graduate from any recognized University / Institution of National Importance with minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes).
- Programmes which require specific discipline/ subject specialization need to be checked for eligibility as given by the respective Institute.
- A candidate who has completed qualifying degree from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
- All foreign degrees/ qualifications need to be verified from AIU by the candidate before seeking admission to any programme of SIU.
- Evaluation Division of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) issues equivalence certificate for foreign degrees/qualifications.
Reservation Policy:
As per the UGC Regulations, following will be the reservation policy for admission to any program of Institutes of SIU (Except Symbiosis Institutes of Management Studies, which has separate policy #)

The definition for Children / Wards of Defence Personnel is:
The term Defence Personnel would mean only those serving / retired Defence personnel from Army, Navy, Air Force. Retired defence personnel are those who fall in the category of ex-servicemen as laid down in Ministry of Defence letter no 36035/5/85- Estt (SCT) dated 14 April 1987. It includes children of defence personnel who died while in service or after retirement.
Note:- If a candidate chooses to apply under “Children / Wards of Defence Personnel” category for any one of the programmes mentioned above, and subsequently if he/she chooses to apply for any / all of the remaining programmes mentioned above, he / she will be treated under the same category (i.e. Children / Wards of Defence Personnel)”

Selection Process:
Appear for Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP).
After the SNAP test result is declared, candidates who have Applied, Registered and Paid for SITM will be short listed and called for GE-PIWAT (Group exercise, Personal Interview and Writing Ability Test), which will be held in Pune.
