About DSCE

Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering is a college that is part of the Mahatma Gandhi Vidya Peetha Trust. It is approved by the AICTE and is affiliated with VTU. The candidate must have completed Physics and Mathematics as required subjects in PUC, CBSE, ICSE, 10+2, or an equivalent exam.

Course & Eligibility

For UG, college admission is through the entrance test / Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Karnataka Government & Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka / COMEDK. The students with meritorious ranking are considered for admission.
A pass in PUC/12th/10+2 or equivalent examination in the first attempt with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with English as one of the subjects/languages.
A pass in PUC/12th/10+2 or equivalent examination with 45 % marks aggregate in Physics, Mathematics & any one of the following subjects: Chemistry / Biology / Computer science / Electronics.
Candidates belong to Karnataka SC, ST & other backward classes (Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B) the minimum marks for eligibility will be 40% aggregate in the optional subjects.

DSCE B.E./ BTech Selection Criteria
