Selection Criteria

Direct Admission Advantages Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering. The entrance exam, also known as the Common Entrance Test (CET), is administered by the Karnataka Government and the Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) for undergraduate students. Students with meritorious rankings are given preference for admission.

Eligibility criteria

A pass in the PUC/12th/10+2 or similar examination on the first try, with Physics and Mathematics as required subjects and English as one of the courses/languages.
A pass in PUC/12th/10+2 or equivalent examination with 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics, and any one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, or Electronics.
Candidates from Karnataka’s SC, ST, and other underprivileged classes (Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B) must receive a minimum of 40% overall in the optional subjects to be eligible.
