Eligibility (B.E.)

MSRIT Entrance Management Quota. A candidate who has passed 10 + 2 patterns of examination (equivalent to the two-year Pre-University in Karnataka) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as optional subjects in the qualifying examination, is eligible to pursue an undergraduate degree in engineering at MSRIT.
The eligibility for admission is 45% in the case of the General Category and 40% marks in the qualifying examination in the case of SC/ST, Category-1, and OBC Category candidates. The marks obtained by the candidate in Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics in the qualifying examination will be considered in the place of Chemistry in case the marks obtained in Chemistry are less for the required aggregate percentage for determination of eligibility (and not for determination of rank, in respect of engineering/technology courses).

BTech Admission Process at MSRIT Bangalore

MSRIT Entrance Management Quota. 30% of seats are reserved for students under the Comedk exam from all parts of India. 50% of seats are reserved for students from Karnataka to join B.E. Based on the score of the 12th exam and score card of the entrance exam, students are allotted seats through counselling. Rank must be below five thousand to join MSRIT and below ten thousand to join MSRUAS.

MSRIT Entrance Management Quota. M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology (MSRIT) was started in 1962 by the Late Dr. M S Ramaiah, our Founder Chairman, a renowned visionary, philanthropist, and pioneer in creating several landmark infrastructure projects in India.
